These terms apply to your use of procarpetsteamer.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They cover the website itself. The work we do in your home or business is covered by what we agree with you directly when you book.

Who We Are

This site is operated by Pro Carpet Steamer, a carpet and upholstery cleaning business based in Brighton, Michigan, serving Livingston County and the surrounding communities. You can reach us on (810) 844-6255 or at info@procarpetsteamer.com, any day between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

What We Do

We provide four cleaning services: carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning. Each one is described on our services page, and the steps of a visit are set out on our process page. We work at your address. We do not operate a drop-off location.

Using This Website

You may read this site, print pages from it, and use the forms on it to contact us or to book a cleaning. Please do not:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you
  • Send false information through the contact or booking forms, or book in someone else's name without their permission
  • Try to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you are not meant to reach
  • Introduce a virus or any other harmful code, or interfere with how the site runs for anyone else
  • Copy the site's pages, photographs or price list for use on another website or in another business

Content and Images

The text, photographs, logo and page layouts on this site belong to Pro Carpet Steamer or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish them without our written agreement. The one exception is normal personal use: printing a page, saving a quote, or sharing a link to a page.

Prices Shown on This Site

The rates on our services page and in the booking calculator are estimates. Room cleaning starts at $40 for a 12x12 room or smaller, and a minimum service charge of $150 applies to every job. A carpet's size, its condition, the type of soiling and access to the room all change what the work takes, so the final price is confirmed after we see the job. Prices can change, and the figures published on this site at the time you book are the ones we work from.

Booking and Payment

You can book through the booking page or by calling us. A booking is a request until we confirm it with you. Card payments on the booking page are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this website. What we do with the rest of the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changing or Cancelling an Appointment

Call (810) 844-6255 to move or cancel an appointment, and please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can go to someone else. This website does not set the terms of your individual booking. Anything specific to your job, including any arrangement about deposits, rescheduling or cancellation, comes from us directly when you book, not from this page.

The Site Itself

We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be online, error free or up to date. Pages, prices and service details can change without notice, and parts of the site depend on services run by other companies. We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time without telling you first.

Limits of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pro Carpet Steamer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on anything published on it. That includes lost data, lost business and any indirect or consequential loss. This section is about the website. It does not limit any responsibility we have for the cleaning work we carry out, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited under Michigan or federal law.

Where this site links to another company's website, the link is there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and the courts of Michigan have jurisdiction.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest stays in force.
