  • Service Information: Type of cleaning, carpet and upholstery details, special requests
  • Payment Information: Card details are entered into a Stripe form on our booking page and go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Site Usage: Pages viewed and general location, collected by the analytics tools listed below, and only after you accept analytics cookies

These are the only companies whose code runs on this website or that receive information you give us. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

  • Stripe - Payment processing on our booking page. Stripe receives your card details directly and sets its own fraud prevention cookies there.

  • AppWT Analytics (analytics.appwt.com) - Our own page view counting for this site only.
  • Google Fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs - Deliver the typefaces and icons the pages use. Loading a file from them tells them your IP address, as any file request does.
  • AppWT Web & AI Solutions - Website hosting and maintenance, so their systems hold the site and anything you send through its forms.

How Long We Keep It

A message sent through the contact form arrives as email at info@procarpetsteamer.com and stays in that mailbox until it is deleted. Booking and payment records are held by Stripe under its own terms. Analytics data is held by Google and by our analytics provider under the retention settings on those accounts. If you want your details removed from our records sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Data Protection

The site is served over HTTPS and card details never touch our own servers. We use industry-standard security to protect the information we do hold. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies and Analytics
