Where We Work

Brighton is our base, and Livingston County is the area we cover day to day. That takes us to Howell, Hartland, Pinckney, Hamburg, Fowlerville and South Lyon, and out to Milford and Whitmore Lake. We also travel for work in Ann Arbor, Novi, Northville, Plymouth, Canton, Livonia, Fenton and Grand Blanc. The rate you are quoted does not change from one of those towns to the next.

How We Clean

Every job runs on hot water extraction. Heated water and cleaning solution go into the pile under pressure and come straight back out, carrying the soil that a household vacuum leaves behind. Spots that survive the extraction pass get treated on their own, and we groom the pile afterwards so the fibers stand up and dry evenly. Most carpets are dry in four to eight hours, and moving air through the room shortens that. The solutions are non-toxic, so children and pets can be back on the carpet as soon as it is dry.

Who We Clean For

The work splits between homes and businesses, and the method does not change between them. A house might be one room before a family visit or the whole floor after a move-out. A business is usually an office, a waiting area or a rental turnover, booked around opening hours rather than during them. Bookings run seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the same published price list applies whichever it is.

Livingston County is the home ground. Brighton and Howell are the two the calendar fills up with, and Hartland, South Lyon, Milford, Pinckney, Hamburg, Whitmore Lake and Fowlerville are all inside the regular route. Travel outside that is arranged case by case rather than promised in advance, because a crew, a van and a water supply have to reach the job and get back.

What a Booking Involves

There are three ways in and they reach the same calendar. The booking page builds the job room by room and takes card payment, the scheduling page picks a day and time, and the phone gets a person. A minimum service charge of $150 applies to every job, so a single small room and a whole floor are not priced the same way per room, and the published rates are the ones quoted at the time of booking.

What arrives is a crew, hot water extraction equipment and the solutions described above. What is left behind is furniture back where it was, pile groomed so it dries evenly, and a floor that is walkable as soon as it is dry. If something is not right, the number on this page reaches the people who did the work rather than a call center.
